Processing Time
Each 3D crystal is custom-made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
- Standard Shipping (US): 10–15 business days after dispatch
- Expedited Shipping (US): 7–10 business days after dispatch
- International Shipping: 15–20 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are collected by the local customs authority.
Returns & Refunds
Personalized Items
Because every 3D crystal is uniquely crafted from your photo or design, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your crystal arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
